Cancellations & Rescheduling
I totally understand the need for flexibility in my guests' hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate guest schedules and would ask that you, as a guest, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, guests will need to cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you must reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 rebooking fee per service missed. Prepayment of services may be required after the second incident. A credit card number will be asked for upon booking. This is a security deposit only and you will not be charged upon booking, nor do I have direct access to this information.
No Shows
What happens if I miss my appointment and don't contact you to let you know I won't make it? Unfortunately, when stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on. My salon policy is that if an appointment is "no-showed", 50% of the cost services missed will be due before a guest is able to reschedule.
Late Policy
I will do my best to accommodate, but if you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may miss out on the finishing style or be asked to reschedule. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. My clients are scheduled back to back, which means if I start just one client late, every client after that will be seen late. Sometimes I can catch up, sometimes I can’t, depending on what type of appointments are scheduled after yours. I completely understand that life happens, but if this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment cost.
Redo Policy
If you are unhappy with your services, I ask that you let me know within one week. If I don’t know, I can’t fix it! I always go out of my way to make my clients happy and when someone isn’t, I will do what it takes to make the situation better. That being said, not achieving desired final results in one session, when we have discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, does not constitute a "re-do." If there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and leave you 100% happy with your hair!
Children at the Salon
For safety and liability reasons, I ask that you please leave your children home, or arrange for another adult not being serviced to look after them. Don’t get the wrong idea – I love kids, but my small suite is not a good place for them. Space is limited and I don’t have the distractions they’d need to be entertained for long. The last thing I want is to drop a bowl of chemicals, a pair of scissors, or a hot flat iron on your child.
